RM-870 High Solids Adhesion Promoter/Sealer for Plastics QUART
An adhesion promoter and sealer for all paintable plastics on cars. Basecoat can be applied directly over it.
Mixing Ratio- 4:1:1 (4 Parts 870 : 1 Part PH60, PH61, RMH55, or RMH57 : 1 Part UR Reducer)
Application- 1 medium wet coat (For surface with imperfections (high build): 1 light coat + 1 medium wet coat)
Drying- 20°C/68°F 20 minutes (For surface with imperfections (high build): bake 60°C/140°F 30 minutes)
Cleaning- Initially clean parts with RM851 or warm soap/water. Then use any of these products to clean afterwards: RM902, RM910, or AM902.
Pot life 7 hours
!!! Always use the proper respirator when working with this product. Do not use directly over bare Polypropylene, Polyethylene, or other non-paintable plastic. Do not use any sealer over 870 !!!
