RETURN WINDOW: The item/s you wish to return must be sent back within 20 days of original purchase.
WHAT WE ACCEPT: We will accept returns of generally any item, EXCEPT FOR custom mixed paint of any kind, regardless of brand or packaging/form. If the item you wish to return is unused and still in its original packaging, there will not be a restocking fee. If the item has been removed from its original packaging and/or used in any way, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES: The buyer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping fees on all items. The buyer is responsible for providing the team with the proper paint codes and information upon purchase. The buyer is also responsible for using proper painting technique when using the items and preparing them properly and responsibly, according to the directions/set ratios/etc.
DAMAGE: If your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by either calling (417)206-7473 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can handle the situation accordingly.
